Today Tony came out to perform the summer checkup maintenance. This company is so professional and the technicians are so punctual. The communication is wonderful too. They let you know when they are coming and send a photo of the technician.
Tony arrived as stated and as with all the other technicians he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear manner.
He wore booties to protect my floors and carpet and used a drop cloth.
He worked silently and efficiently and had my system cleaned, checked, and changed the air filter in a short time. Tony was clean and there was no mess. He explained everything about it to me before he left. He also checked the water heater and explained that it was 11 years old and although it was currently fine, he did recommend that we consider replacing it in the near future to avoid any issues. He offered to have an estimate sent out and I accepted. He asked if I was satisfied with the job.
As always, another fine job by the professional staff of Eric Smock Heating and Air.
I highly recommend this company.
