Today Antonio and Parker came out to perform the summer checkup maintenance. This company is so professional and the technicians are so punctual. The communication is wonderful too. They let you know when they are coming and send a photo of the technician.
They arrived as stated and as with all the other technicians. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything in a clear manner.
They wore booties to protect my floors and carpet and used a drop cloth.
They worked silently and efficiently and had my system cleaned, checked, and changed the air filter in a short time. Everything was clean and there was no mess. They explained everything about it to me before they left. They also checked the water heater and explained that it was 11 years old and although it was currently fine, they did recommend that we consider replacing it in the near future to avoid any issues. They offered to have an estimate sent out and I accepted. They asked if I was satisfied with the job.
